An amazingly small but yet high quality bakery nested in this corner of the city. Would recommend for its reasonable prices (For a box of 14 treats payed closed to $18), and to those who crave authentic Mexican pastries. Staff are very helped and offer their own opinions on what their best pastries are. Dont hesitate to visit this place and you won't regret it!

Everything was fresh, and great tasting. Empanadas were soft and flakey with an excellent pumpkin filling. Ordered a variety of goodies and kept adding more to it 😁. Can't wait to return for more pandulce, donuts, and cookies. I was lucky to also pickup some fresh buñuelos from them (call ahead) and they were sooo good, everyone loved them. Everyone was very friendly, I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be going back. Go check em out.

🍩We wanted to thank everyone at Caballero Bakery on Pinn Rd. for working with us to send this delicious wedding cookies to family in Spanaway, Washington. They made them special ordered and Lydia was so patient and helpful getting us 500 wedding cookies prepared and boxed ready for shipping. Her customer service truly went above and beyond and we were always welcomed with a friendly smile. It was so nice to come across this little bakery in the old neighborhood. They helped us send a little bit of home to the wedding since we were unable to make it. Highly recommended.🤎

I had the pleasure of trying their apple fritter back in 2020 with my sister,and found myself back in San Antonio again. It is just as delicious as last time. Their doughnuts and cookies are all wonderful. This is a hidden gem 💎 go here, get things, be happy 😊

Delicious! Everytime we come into San Antonio, we have to stop at Caballero Bakery for some fantastic treat! Great service and items are made in shop! Yum! Yum!

1st time there. Smelled amazing in right when you opened the doors. Everyone was very nice. Cute simple set up. Lots to choose from. All looked amazing! When we got home to eat the pastries and cookies we got, everyone loved them, very flavorful. Most definitely going back to try more. 5 stars 🌟 all the across. We got alot more, to share with the kids too.

I’ve been coming to this bakery for 20+ years now. If I’ve ever taken pan dulce to a function it’s gotta be from here. They are so nice and the pan is always fresh and so yummy

So I’m from the RGV lol. I judge hard on things such as pan dulce… this bakery here is it for me! Every time I need something similar to home I go here and it never disappoints! On a serious note: the staff are always sweet. Even if there is a language barrier I have seen them do their best to assist all their customers questions and inquiries. Of course if I’m around I’ll do some interpreting haha. The place is clean and they have a lovely collection of drinks to choose from to compliment your sweet bread. 🥐
